HANFORD, Calif. – According to KSEE/KGPE, in the wake of a multi-vehicle crash near Hanford, a 45-year-old man has died. The aftermath of this incident underscores the importance of seeking legal guidance from a compassionate wrongful death lawyer during such difficult times.

The investigation has found that the 45-year-old man was headed north on 12th Avenue with another 45-year-old following him in a 2012 Mazda. Driving behind the 2012 Mazda was a 26-year-old driving a 2006 Chevrolet.

As traffic slowed, so too did the 2014 Chevrolet. The 2012 Mazda driver did as well, but the 2006 Chevrolet did not slow in time. This caused the 2006 Chevrolet’s left front to strike the  2012 Mazda’s right rear.

This collision drove the 2012 Mazda to 12 Avenue’s southbound lane and straight into the 2024 Mazda’s path. Both vehicles struck each other. The 2006 Chevrolet kept north until the left front of the vehicle was side-swiped.

The 2012 Mazda driver died due to his injuries.  The investigation is ongoing but the California Highway Patrol does not believe drugs and/or alcohol were involved in the accident.
