LEMON GROVE, California – NBC San Diego reported an investigation is underway after a man was intentionally struck by a vehicle and killed early Monday morning. Deputies arrived at a report of a person struck by a vehicle around 2:15 a.m. on Broadway at the 8300 block. They arrived to find a 44-year-old man, later identified as Brian Colvin, lying in the roadway, badly injured but conscious. Paramedics transported Colvin to the hospital, where he later died. Witnesses reported that Colvin had been standing in the roadway speaking with the occupants of an unknown vehicle.
