FRESNO COUNTY, Calif – According to ABC30, two were killed in a Fresno County accident in which alcohol may have been a factor. 24-year-old Jason Philips and 32-year-old Chase McCutcheon were going west on Copper in a Tesla when they struck the center median guardrail, overturning the vehicle. The Tesla then hit another guardrail. In such unfortunate events, seeking guidance from a wrongful death attorney can provide crucial support and legal assistance.

Neither Philips nor McCutcheon wore seatbelts. Both were ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. A third passenger was injured and taken to a hospital. The investigation is ongoing but authorities do believe high speeds were involved in the accident.
