LACLEDE COUNTY, Mo. – According to KY3, two Californians were killed Saturday evening by a semi-truck on I-44.
At approximately 6:40 PM, a big rig headed east on I-44 went off the road and across the median, striking a westbound Chrysler Pacifica.
Driver Allan Borgen, 75-years-old and his passenger, Issabelle Busse, 54-years-old, of Redlands, CA, were sent to a local hospital. They died in the hospital.
