RANCHO SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — An 81-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision in Rancho San Diego on Sunday morning. The incident occurred at the intersection of Jamacha Road/State Route 54 and Brabham Street.
