GARDENA, Calif – According to ABC7, a pedestrian died after being struck by a driver who fled the scene in Gardena. Just west of Broadway on Rosecrans Avenue, an approximately 60-year-old man was headed westbound as he was hit by a vehicle. The driver then fled. First responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. As of this writing, next of kin have not been identified so the victim’s name has not been released.
