PASADENA, Calif – According to KTLA5, three died and three were left in critical condition following a single-vehicle Pasadena crash. At around 2:35 AM Saturday, a vehicle lost control around the Foothill Boulevard intersection near Vista Avenue.
Authorities believe speed contributed to the driver losing control of the vehicle and it clipping three utility poles and ultimately striking the corner of a nearby building. During this, the Tesla’s roof came off, leading to the ejection of three occupants from the vehicle’s rear.
Homes in the area lost power due to the accident. The authorities’ investigation is ongoing and they have released no further details about the victims.
