TEMECULA, Calif.. – A child may have injured their nose in a potential DUI accident Tuesday evening. This incident could lead to legal implications under personal injury law.
At approximately 7:32 PM, in the area of Calistoga Drive and Murrieta Hot Springs Road, a white Dodge Ram and a white BMW sedan struck each other. A child possibly hit their nose in one of the vehicles. But, both children involved in the accident were able to safely be removed from both vehicles.
Authorities are still investigating the accident, but they do believe that it was DUI related. Anyone with information is encouraged to reach out to the CHP.
