MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. – According to KSBW8, a vehicle and a pedestrian were involved in a deadly accident. At approximately 4:28 AM, a 42-year-old Moraga man was walking in the westbound lane while a black Mercedes A220 was headed west on Espinosa, east of Highway 183.
